The Role
Do you have the perfect blend of analytics and creativity? A passion for solving problems and turning insights into action? We’re looking for a Jr. Data Scientist to join our E-Commerce team at Shoe Palace. In this role, you’ll help shape the future of ShoePalace.com by connecting the dots of the customer journey across SMS, Email, Web, App, and beyond.
As our data scientist, you’ll wear many sneakers, diving into analytics, managing digital campaigns, and helping us deliver the ultimate customer experience.
THIS IS WHAT A DAY AT WORK MAY BE LIKE…
- Manage and optimize SMS & Email campaigns through Attentive.
- Own website and app content (Shogun, Tapcart), including landing pages, collections, and SEO.
- Lead data & analytics reporting across GA4, Looker, Shopify, Tapcart, and Attentive.
- Support Shopify operations (collections, discounts) and social media scheduling.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to turn insights into strategies.
ABOUT YOU…
- Bachelor’s degree + 2–3 years in data science or analytics.
- Skilled in SQL, Python, and data visualization.
- Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Shogun, Tapcart, Attentive).
- Strong communicator, highly organized, and comfortable juggling multiple projects.
- A self-starter with curiosity and drive to test, learn, and innovate.
